I liked your prioritizing....raising your kids to be good men and women. Perhaps this is a time to educate them on the need to step it up for a time to help out a bit more during this demanding period of time. It could be a lesson in helping others out, being part of the family and family responsibilities. Hope that helps. Life balance and overcoming overwhelm is much of what I do.....spa for the soul.
