Are you ready to start a business?

Do you have an idea about a new product or service but are not sure what to do with it? Have you encountered a need that hasn’t been filled? Have you found your true passion and expertise? Could YOUR idea be the next million-dollar idea?

Your unique need or a niche

1-do you have a need that is not filled?
2-do you have a true passion?
3-do you feel you are you really intuitive in an area that needs more service?

Bringing your business or product to market

Develop an elevator speech-30-60 second pitch that concisely says what your product or service does, problem it solves, and if you can make it catchy-do so. Try it out on your friends and family for a while and see if it is really fits you.

If you’re a little afraid to tell people about your new idea you can use a NDA or a non-disclosure form. You can get free legal advice on www.nolo.com and inexpensive legal documents on www.legalzoom.com another idea is to go to your local SCORE office-they give free legal advice www.score.org

Search your product and make sure it does not exist. If you have a service it may exist so figure why you can do this service better then others. If you have found your passion, your calling, your niche, there may be roadblocks but there are no dead ends!
