At first I felt this is too much work, then I thought one step at a time. What I really think is key here is not to be overwhelmed with all PICKKA Shop to Lose can do and just use what works for you. I will add as I go.
We are not pre diabetic or overweight, but I would love to teach the kids better food choices before they are all grown up and on their own.
