The closest I got was my external hard (that stores my data) couldn't be detected by Windows, so the drive letter wasn't created. Mozy tried to start the back up, couldn't find the files, so indicated that I had zero files backed up. I restarted my computer, and the drive letter reappeared, but Mozy still indicated that no files were backed up. After an e-mail to their support, which they were very quick in responding, they told me to start the backup and Mozy will detect that all the files were currently backed up. After a few hours (it had to go through each file), Mozy indicated that all my files were backed up, and I was good again. I would recommend BackupandShare.com to all users, it is the easiest I have seen so far and with almost everything you need as an online backup application. I switched to this service after trying out few renowned services and I must admit I made a right decision.
