Gravity Forms is a great choice for contact forms on your WordPress site. This is a pluggin you will have to pay for but if you want to be sure to get your messages, have the flexibility of all sorts of forms and create them simply then this is your best choice.

When you need a form do you grab the FREE wordpress form? I did, I just used a pluggin and added my form.

Then one day I read about Gravity Forms, gravity forms is a paid pluggin for a wide variety of forms. I was intrigued how I could make it easy for a Contributing Writer to post right to the MomTechnology contributing writers page and it would become a draft in the MomTechnology WordPress site. The contributing writer could even add images, tags and an excerpt. But that was the extent of my Gravity form use until……
Contact form with NO Information! Gravity Form to the Rescue
Like I said I only really understood how Gravity Forms had the extra form that would make my life easier so I did not install this pluggin on all my sites or on all my clients sites. Then in my email in-box came a form with a Name, Custom Product header along with a thank you message from me! Where was the form that was filled out? What custom product was being pursued? I had no answers.
Could This Have Been Prevented?
Absolutely! I could have added a quick and easy Gravity form. Would I have to pay? Yes! But, would it have been worth it? Yes! I have since upgraded my Gavity Forms license to include more than one site. I have just installed it on my Jakoter Health Organizer site so that when we get contacted again about custom orders we will get the information.
